Dr. Stein, a staff physician at Simmons College and an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School, was the Green Party candidate for governor in the last election. She has been a public health and environmental advocate for many years and is co-author of In Harm’s Way: Toxic Threats to Child Development. She is currently the president of the Massachusetts Coalition for Healthy Communities, a new non-profit dedicated to tax and budget fairness in Massachusetts.
